Gufumart Return and Refund Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, or if any items are missing from your order, you must submit a return request and notify us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. Requests received after this period may not be accepted.

Unboxing Video Requirement

To process any return or refund claim, a full, unboxing video of the package is mandatory. This video is crucial evidence for us to assess the issue and provide appropriate assistance. Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be processed.

Conditions for Return & Refund

a) Damaged or Defective Product:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please provide us with an unboxing video clearly showing the damage. Upon verification, we will initiate a full refund or replacement for the affected item.

b) Missing Items:
If any items are missing from your order, please share an unboxing video showing the entire contents of the package. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery. After confirmation, we will issue a refund for the missing item(s).

c) Wrong Product Received:
If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, please provide an unboxing video as evidence. We will arrange for a return and replacement. Please note that the return shipping charges for the wrong product will be the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be processed for eligible returns based on the following criteria:

  • The product is in its original condition: unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • A valid unboxing video has been provided as proof.

  • The return request was made within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Shipping

The cost of return shipping is to be borne by the customer, except in cases where the error is ours (e.g., we sent the wrong or a damaged product). We recommend using a reliable shipping service with a tracking number to ensure the safe return of the item.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
