Gufumart Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy outlines the details of how we deliver products to our customers. This policy is applicable only for orders shipped within India.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time & Delivery

  • Standard Shipping: We aim to deliver orders within 3-7 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location.

  • Please note that these are estimated timeframes and not guaranteed. Delivery times may be extended during sale seasons, festivals, or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, logistics delays).

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package on the courier partner’s website.
If you do not receive a tracking email within 3 business days, please contact our customer support team.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are not fixed and depend on your delivery location and the size/weight of your order. The exact shipping charges for your order will be clearly displayed and calculated at checkout before you make the payment.

Our Shipping Partners

We partner with trusted courier services to ensure reliable delivery, including but not limited to: Shiprocket, DTDC, Delhivery, Xpressbees, Ecom Express, and Blue Dart.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt fails due to reasons attributable to the customer, the following will apply:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided.

  • No one available to receive the package.

  • Customer refuses to accept the delivery.

In such cases, the package will be returned to us. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs, which will be deducted from any refund amount.

Receiving Your Order

Upon delivery, we strongly advise you to:

    • Inspect the package for any visible damage before accepting it.

    • If the parcel appears damaged or tampered with, you must refuse delivery or sign as “Damaged.”

    • Contact us immediately on the same day of the attempted delivery to report the issue. An unboxing video will be required to process any damage claim.

Delivery on Bank Holidays

We do not process orders or conduct deliveries on Indian public holidays. Deliveries scheduled for a bank holiday will occur on the next working day.
