1. The 7-Day Reflection Period
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. This allows you ample time to ensure your Gufumart curation is perfect for your lifestyle.
2. Return Criteria
To preserve the luxury standards of our collection, returned items must be in their original, unused condition, accompanied by all original luxury packaging, tags, and accessories. Items showing signs of use or damage will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Seamless Return Process
To initiate a return, simply reach out to our Concierge Team at support@gufumart.in. Please include your order number and a brief description. Once approved, we will coordinate a complimentary reverse pickup from your doorstep.
4. Refunds & Reimbursement
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. For COD orders, a secure bank transfer or store credit will be arranged.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal care products (once the seal is broken) are exempt from being returned, unless they arrive in a damaged condition.
